Communication Request Guidelines:
- This communication request form applies to video, text in church, graphics, social media and any other event promotion requests.
- Fill out this form with all applicable information.
- Once this request form is reviewed, you’ll be contacted with approval/no approval. Please note: Not all communication requests will be promoted from the stage.
- Encounter Church asks for one month’s notice for communications requests at the very latest. This gives the appropriate amount of time for communication to be put in place. Video requests take the most time to process due to editing time.
