We are happy to hear that you are feeling led to head up an event or new ministry here at Encounter.
This form is STEP ONE in a three step process of review and implementation of events and new ministries. Upon approval of this form, STEP TWO & THREE are forms for communication and advertising purposes and a building use form that helps us schedule all the things in the church.
In an effort to help you think through all the elements that go along with this process we have a few questions for you to think through. While we would love to say yes to everything, it is not feasible for us to do everything, so we want to make sure the things we are doing align with who we are called to be as a church in this valley.
Once you answer the following questions, you can submit it to the office, and our ministry team will review it for approval.
Even if you have filled out this form for previous events, we would like to have you fill it out for each additional event as well. If we have any further questions, someone will reach out to you for clarification.
